Jeff you made me laugh, but it is not funny.
ReplyDeleteThe experience piece is underrated by those looking to change the system and overrated by those looking to be left alone. Personally, I plan to spend the better part of a decade in the classroom before I start wandering about telling people how the system should be changed from the ground up.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't have a very solid grasp on what's happening on the ground, how can you advocate for change at that level?
